CLASSES Begin Sunday, January 4th.
This weight loss class has a lot of variety and nutrition education. You need to workout 5 days a week (which includes weight lifting 2 days a week). You have the option to pick additional drop in workouts at no additional charge. Weekly weigh-ins are required and $1.00 is returned for each pound of weight lost. Journaling is highly recommended but not required. Class times:
Sunday @ 5 pm., Tues, Wed, Thurs @ 5 a.m.

We offer several Rowing Classes featuring the Water Rower. Rowing is a full body workout that won't leave you sore, but will give you an amazing workout in 45 minutes.
Sundays at 4:00 p.m.
Strength training combined with Yoga and Pilates moves.
*No shoes required
bring a yoga/Pilates
mat for extra length and grip
